Many companies in one corporate application of Bank Millennium

Bank Millennium customers can already handle many companies in one mobile application. The bank is improving the new application it presented in May. Designed from scratch, the modern app has recently gained many interesting solutions.

In the latest version of the application, customers can support multiple companies without having to log in again. They make their choice after the first login from the Start screen and have access to the view of each of their companies. The bank also allows you to order foreign transfers in all currencies to IBAN accounts to countries outside the European Economic Area. All you need to do is enter the recipient's details, such as IBAN, and the desired transaction currency. The application will take care of the rest. The SEPA transfer has also been introduced to the latest version. Money sent this way appears in the recipient's account the next business day. The bank also allowed customers to retry the transfer from the level of the history of operations. In this way, clients can more easily order, for example, a payment to the Tax Office. In the Android version of the app, biometrics have also been implemented. Owners of such devices can log in using their fingerprint. (In the iOS version, biometrics have been present since the launch of the app.)

Soon, the application will gain one more important feature. Clients will receive push notifications, also about new transactions waiting for authorization or rejected transactions. The new application can already boast of some impressive statistics. From month to month, the number of logins is growing by nearly 200%. Customers visit it on average three times a day, and more than half of customers use three or more solutions offered.

We want to be a leader in mobile banking for companies and offer our clients solutions that will help them in their daily business and in building a competitive advantage. We still have a few interesting features in our app's development strategy and we will certainly try to surprise our customers in the near future- says Paweł Idzikowski, head of the team responsible for e-banking for enterprises.

The new mobile app for companies reached the first customers of Bank Millennium in May. It was designed from scratch for owners of both small enterprises and large corporations with extensive financial departments. Every user can personalise the solutions featured in the app as needed. The user decides how the page looks after starting the application, has the ability to move and hide elements, add quick shortcuts such as domestic transfer, foreign transfer, VAT, history, can also set-up the dark mode.

The majority of customers (57%) use the new corporate application of Bank Millennium on iOS devices. It received a rating of 4.6 on the App Store. And owners of Android devices rated the solutions even higher. On Google Play, the application scores 4.9 points out of 5.
