The Bank margin applies to all transactions made with the Bank`s payment cards, which are made in the currencies of EEA countries and posted to accounts after currency conversion. It doesn`t apply to transactions where there was no currency conversion, i.e. transactions made using the DCC service* or multicurrency card service, which are available for cards from the former eurobank offer.

The Bank notifies individual customers of the margin upon receipt of a payment order for transactions in the currency of EEA countries via Millenet or SMS. For more informtion, see the statement (in Polish).

* DCC service (Dynamic Currency Conversion) - a service available at the acceptance points and ATMs, which consists in selecting the currency in which the card transaction will be made. If the card user selects a currency other than the local currency, no exchange rates or Bank Millennium fees are applied when converting the transaction amount. Currency conversion is then carried out by the payment terminal/ ATM operator, who should present the card user with the exchange rate, the amount of any commission and the final amount of the transaction in the selected currency before approving it.
