Information policy of Bank Millennium
Bank Millennium (“Bank”) has been conducting a transparent information policy towards its shareholders and all capital market participants.
The scope of the information disclosed by the Bank fulfils requirements of the Banking Law, Commercial Companies Code, Public Offering and Trading in Financial Acts as well as other specific requirements resulting from being a financial institution and public company with shares quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. When implementing its information policy, the Bank as a public company and a supervised institution, also complies with confidentiality and information protection rules.
The Bank’s information policy also complies with corporate governance principles, in particular it ensures adequate access to information to all the shareholders and investors.
