Does my company need to have a business account?
If you are a sole proprietorship, then you need a bank account.
Setting up a business account can bring many benefits, e.g.:
- you have order in your finances, because you separate your business money from your personal money
- you have everything under control, because you can conveniently switch between your personal and business account and use the same login details
- you are a more reliable partner for contractors if your business account as an active VAT taxpayer is on the so-called white list of VAT taxpayers (if your account is not on the white list, the contractor may submit a ZAW-NR notification to the tax office)
- if you are an active VAT taxpayer and have an open personal account, your contractor will not be able to pay you for the goods or services delivered to him covered by the obligatory split payment mechanism

I have a personal account in Bank Millennium, can I also have a Konto Mój Biznes account?
Yes. This will give you convenient access to your finances. Both in Millenet and in the mobile app you can easily and efficiently switch between your private and business account. You will log in to both accounts with the same details.

Yes. If you have a personal account with us, you can set up a business with our help and open a business account “Konto Mój Biznes". All you have to do is fill out a simple application.

Is it free to maintain a business account?
We run the Konto Mój Biznes account for 0 PLN for 2 years in the "Rozwiń swój biznes z Kontem Mój Biznes" promotion. You don't have to meet any conditions during this time to avoid incurring fees for maintaining a business account.
After 2 years, we can continue to run your business account for free if you meet a simple condition: each month you will receive at least 1000 PLN of income to this account or if you order at least 1 transfer to ZUS or the Tax Office. If you do not meet the condition, we will charge you according to the price list in the following month.

Is the business account card free?
You don't pay for the Konto Mój Biznes debit card if you meet a simple condition. All you have to do is spend min. 500 PLN each month. If you do not meet the condition, we will charge you according to the price list in the following month.

You can create a My Business account in three ways:
- completely online
- fill in the online application and sign the contract at a branch
- at any our branch.

It is very simple. If:
- you have a personal account with us - log in to Millenet or mobile app and fill out a simple online application
- you do not have an account with us - select the OPEN NOW option on the Konto Mój Biznes account website. You can confirm your identity by logging in to your current bank (you can have a business or personal account there)

Detailed terms and conditions of the “Zyskaj z Kontem Mój Biznes” promotion are provided in the Promotion Regulations, which are available in the Bank’s branches and on www.bankmillennium.pl
The promotion is targeted at entrepreneurs understood to mean sole traders registered in Centralna Ewidencja i Informacja o Działalności Gospodarczej [Central Business Activity Records and Information].
The promotion shall be valid from 01.04.2025 to 31.07.2025.
15,000 Promotion Participants, who are the first during the Promotion to open a Konto Mój Biznes account (”Account”) in Millenet or the Mobile App, or on the portal of Bank Millennium SA, submitting the application online wniosek, shall be eligible for the reward. If it is not possible to open an Account in the above-mentioned way, the Promotion Participant may fill in the contact form on the Bank’s portal kontakt by selecting the Branch path, and open the Account in any branch of the Bank. We will inform you about the use of the limit on our website www.bankmillennium.pl
As a Promotion Participant you will receive a Bonus of maximum 2400 PLN if you meet the conditions of participation and satisfy the rules of the promotion described in the Regulations, i.e. log to the Mobile App, give the marketing and commercial consents and do not withdraw them during the Promotion until payment of the Bonus, ensure total inflows from outside the bank to the business account in each of the 6 calendar months following the month in which you opened the account, at the level of a minimum of 1000 PLN and make transactions with the debit card or by BLIK at the level of min. 500 PLN a month, which will be credited to the account opened in the Promotion and also make a transfer to ZUS or the Tax Office.
As a Promotion Participant you may receive:
1. Up to 1200 PLN (200 PLN for 6 months) if in each of the 6 months counted from the next calendar month after opening the account you: ensure the sum of external inflows in the amount of at least 1000 PLN to the business account, make transactions with the debit card issued to the account or BLIK, which will be credited to the account opened in the Promotion for the amount of at least 500 PLN per month, and make transfers to ZUS or Tax Office from the ZUS form or Tax transfer in Millenet or Mobile App.
2. Up to 600 PLN (100 PLN per month) if by 31.07.2025 you file an application to open a company with a Konto Mój Biznes account using remote channels: Millenet or Mobile App and successfully register the business in the CEIDG database. The condition for receiving the reward is additionally meeting the conditions for receiving the bonus described in pt. 1.
3. 600 PLN (at one time) if by the end of July 2025 at the latest you sign a cooperation agreement/agreement on Millennium POS (terminal) or SoftPOS and in the next month after signing the agreement ensure an inflow on it of 1000 PLN to the previously opened account.
The Bonus described above in pt. 1, 2 and 3 shall be paid only to the Konto Mój Biznes account opened by the Participant in the Promotion. The Bonus will be paid not later than until the end of the month coming after the period specified in the Regulations. The Bonus will be paid if by the day of payment of the particular Bonus the Promotion Participant does not: dissolve, terminate or withdraw from the Agreement on the Account, concluded during the Promotion period, does not withdraw the marketing and commercial consents and also will have an activated mobile application, as well as ensuring inflows to the Account and debit card or BLIK payments in keeping with the Promotion Regulations, in each of the 6 calendar months, coming after the month, in which the account was opened.
Additionally in the “Rozwiń swój biznes z Kontem Mój Biznes” promotion during 24 months the fee for keeping Konto Mój Biznes account shall be 0 PLN, for the first and subsequent FX accounts 0 PLN, the annual fee for a Millennium VISA Business credit card shall be 0 PLN. Domestic transfers ordered in electronic banking and mobile application to accounts in other banks: in PLN and EUR to EEA and SEPA countries in the standard mode free of charge. The a/m Promotion is available to entities which were not party to an agreement on a settlement account in PLN for Business Clients during 1.04.2024-31.03.2025 and gave all the marketing and commercial consents. Concluding a Konto Mój Biznes account agreement in PLN shall be deemed as joining the a/m Promotion. The “Rozwiń swój biznes z Kontem Mój Biznes” Promotion is valid from 01.04.2025 until its end, about which the Bank shall inform on the website http://www.bankmillennium.pl. Details are stipulated in “Rozwiń swój biznes z Kontem Mój Biznes” Promotion Regulations available in the Bank’s branches and on https://www.bankmillennium.pl.
