A salary account is an additional settlement account for transferring salaries of the company's employees. Salary transfers sent from the salary account and booked on it are made with money available on the current account, with which the salary account is closely linked.
On the salary account you can define the maximum available limit of funds, accumulated on the linked account.
To keep employee salary data confidential, access to details of the salary account (statements, transfer sending options, account history) is individually defined for selected persons, e.g. those who have a payroll calculation function.
Benefits:
- Confidential information about salaries of employees is kept secret (access restricted only to selected employees of the company) both when sending the transfer as well as returning the transfer e.g. because an employee changed his/her account number.
- No need to replenish the salary account whenever salary transfers are made.
- Transaction history reporting is kept confidential.
- All types of transactions can be ordered and settled, such as international transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, settlement of card transactions, salary payment to pre-paid cards.
