The Bank Millennium S.A.’s Management Board, with regards to the current report no. 30/2023 dated 25 September 2023, hereby informs that on 27 September 2023 4-year senior non-preferred notes series 1, tranche 2, issued under the EMTN Programme, with a total nominal value of EUR 100mn (‘notes’), were admitted to trading on a regulated market, on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Date of admission of the notes to trading and the date of the first listing is: 27 September 2023. Number of notes admitted to trading: 1,000 notes. After consolidation, the notes will form a single series with the series 1 notes issued by the Bank on 18 September 2023.
