The Bank Millennium S.A.’s Management Board, with regards to the current report no. 27/2023 dated 11 September 2023, hereby informs that on 18 September 2023 4-year non-preferred senior notes series 1 issued under the EMTN Programme, with a total nominal value of EUR 400mn (‘notes’), were admitted to trading on a regulated market, on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Date of admission of the notes to trading and the date of the first listing is: 18 September 2023.

Rating agency Moody’s assigned to the above-mentioned notes rating of Ba2 and Fitch Ratings assigned to the above-mentioned notes rating of BB.
