Amount of annual contribution to the BFG Resolution Fund in 2025

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (‘the Bank’) hereby informs that it has received information that on March 21, 2025 the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund adopted the Resolution No. 12/2025 specifying the amount of the Bank’s annual contribution to the resolution fund for the year 2025 (including the adjustment of contributions for years 2023 and 2024) in the amount of PLN 76,007,080.53
