Bank Millennium becoming aware of the decision of the supervising person regarding his activity on the Supervisory Board of the Bank

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (the "Bank") informs that during meeting of the Supervisory Board held on 30 January 2025, Mr. Bogusław Kott informed that he decided to reduce his professional activity and therefore will cease his role as Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium in the end of the current term of office.

The current term of office of the Bank's Supervisory Board, in which Mr. Bogusław Kott serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, ends on the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Bank to be held in 2025, that will consider the Bank's financial statements for the financial year 2024.

Mr. Bogusław Kott is a co-founder and co-organizer of Bank Millennium. Mr. Bogusław Kott was the President of the Management Board of the Bank from the moment of its establishment in 1989 until 2013. Subsequently, he continued his mission as a Member of the Supervisory Board, serving as its Chairman. Mr. Kott contributed to the Bank's debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as the first financial institution listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and was instrumental in the introduction of the first VISA payment card in Poland in 1991. In the late 1990s-ties he initiated the launch of the "Millennium" banking network, thus revolutionizing the banking services market in Poland. His unwavering commitment has made Bank Millennium a benchmark for growth and innovation in the banking industry.

The Management Board of the Bank would like to thank Mr. Bogusław Kott for his deep commitment to the Bank and his significant contribution to the development of the modern financial sector in Poland.
