Contents of resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Millennium S.A. on 27 March 2025.

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. ("Bank") shall deliver, in attachment hereto, the text of the resolutions passed by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 27 March 2025 ("GM").

Objections were filed to the minutes of the GM, regarding resolutions nos: 5 and 45.
