Further to the current report No 19/2023 dated June 12, 2023, the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (‘Bank’) announces that it received a letter from the Banking Guarantee Fund (‘BFG’) regarding BFG Management Board’s resolution (‘Resolution’) on the repeal of the prohibition on distribution by the Bank of profits in excess of the maximum distributable amount related to the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (M-MDA).

The Resolution indicates, in particular, that as a result of meeting by the Bank interim MREL requirements, the grounds of abovementioned prohibition ceased to exist.
