Resignation of Management Board Members from standing for re-election to the Management Board for the next term of office.

Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (‘Bank’) informs that on March 18, 2025 it received information from Members of the Management Board, Messrs. Andrzej Gliński and Wojciech Rybak regarding their resignation from standing for re-election to the Bank’s Management Board for the next term of office. The current term of office the Management Board of the Bank will expire on the date of the Bank's General Meeting of Shareholders approving the Bank’s financial statements for 2024, which has been convened for March 27, 2025.

The Management Board of the Bank would like to thank Messrs. Andrzej Gliński and Wojciech Rybak for their deep commitment and their significant contribution to the development of Bank Millennium.
