Bank Millenium has expanded its cooperation with BGK and will soon offer companies loans secured by the Investmax guarantee

- By expanding the scope of our relationship with BGK, we enable our business customers to use most of the guarantees offered from public funds - de minimis guarantees, BizesmaxPlus and Ekomax, and soon also Investmax. In this way, we facilitate access to financing of new investments and thus business development for companies that are unable to offer appropriate collateral. Thanks to the guarantees, we can offer, i.a., a longer financing period or a smaller own contribution. We also support companies in the green change, without charging an origination fee in the case of green financing - says Antonio Pinto, Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium..

The Investmax guarantee is intended for entrepreneurs from the SME sector, with particular emphasis on micro-entrepreneurs. For them, the guarantee in the microfinance formula will be provided free of charge. In other cases, the guarantee origination fee is low and amounts to 0.3%. The Investmax guarantee will be able to secure 80% of the principal amount of the loan – be it working capital or investment credit.

The Investmax guarantee was created through the use of domestic funds and funds from the InvestEU Program, in the form of European Investment Fund (EIF) counter-guarantee. The InvestEU Program, through a budgetary guarantee, supports the European Union's policy objectives by facilitating access to finance for innovation, business growth and job creation.

Bank Millennium plans to make available the offer of loans with the Investmax guarantee on preferential terms in the fourth quarter of this year.
