Bank Millennium is in the Financial Times Diversity Leaders ranking
For the fourth time in a row, Bank Millennium was included in the Financial Times European Diversity Leaders Ranking, prepared by the Financial Times daily and the research company Statista. The bank ranks sixth among Polish companies included in the ranking and second among the listed Polish banks.
Once again, Bank Millennium was awarded for its activities for diversity and was included in the ranking. The Bank is among the few companies from Poland listed in the ranking. The assessment is based on employee feedback and a survey conducted by research firm Statista together with Denominator, a provider of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) data.
The "European Diversity Leaders 2025" ranking presents a list of 850 companies that received the highest score in the survey. Bank Millennium was ranked 458th, achieving an index of 69.54 points.
The list has been created since 2019. Bank Millennium was included in it for the fourth time in a row. The ranking is based on the opinions of over 100,000 employees from 16 countries in Europe. Survey participants rate their employer's promotion of diversity on a scale of 0 to 10 and express their opinions on a range of statements about age, gender, equality, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation (LGBTQ+).
Employee surveys make up 70 percent of a company's final score, and the following metrics make up 30 percent of the overall rating.
- the share of women in management positions (e.g. executive committees, management boards, supervisory boards),
- communication for diversity, and
- diversity score calculated by the data provider.
Around 15,000 companies took part in the analysis, of which only 850 were awarded in the ranking. The survey period was from April to July 2024, and the average number of evaluations for each company in the ranking was 207. The substantive partner of the project is the Statista research company.
