The certificate is awarded on the basis of an international survey conducted by the Top Employers Institute, assessing such areas of activity as: HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and development, well-being, diversity and inclusion. The survey identifies institutions that are oriented towards employees, providing the best working conditions, caring for their development and well-being.
