Bank Millennium on the list of trustworthy brands

Trust in companies is crucial. It drives customer loyalty, strengthens brand reputation, boosts employee morale, and ensures investor trust. The ranking, prepared by Newsweek in cooperation with market research partner Statista, aims to identify the most trusted companies in the world. The list includes companies operating in a variety of areas, from financial services and utilities to food service and consumer goods. The organizers awarded companies from 23 different sectors (banking, telecommunications, new technologies, household appliances and electronics, insurance, consumer goods, financial services, investments, construction companies, etc.) from 20 countries. Apart from Poland, the study included: Brazil, Canada, Mexico, USA, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Great Britain, South Africa, Australia, Japan, India, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.

Newsweek and Statista have developed a methodology that takes into account a number of objective factors, and the process of creating the list itself has been divided into three stages. The first is to select listed companies in given countries with revenues above USD 500 million. The second was based on conducting an extensive survey on a sample of over 70,000 people. Participants answered questions such as "I trust this company's advertising and communications" and "I believe this company treats its employees fairly." They evaluated entities in terms of the trust of investors, customers and employees. In the last step, an analysis of mentions on social media platforms was carried out for each company, which included sentiment research on online forums, websites and social media.

Finally, the list included a thousand companies with the highest scores in the entire survey. The list is divided into sectors. In banking, 66 entities were on the list.
