Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Bank Millennium

Wojciech Rybak has been working for the Bank Millennium Group since 1996. From 2003, he was a Member of the Management Board of Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. supervising among others the sales network, and from 2009 to 2016 he was the Chairman of the Management Board of Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. In 2011-2016, he was a member of the Executive Committee of the Polish Leasing Association, also its Chairman in 2015-2016. From 6 June 2016 Member of the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A., and from 3 June 2019 until the date of merger with Bank Millennium S.A. (i.e. until 1 October 2019), also Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Euro Bank S.A.

Andrzej Gliński has been associated with the Bank Millennium S.A. Group since 2004, initially as the Chairman of Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o., and then as the Head of the Corporate Banking Area of Bank Millennium S.A. in the Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. since 22 April 2010. From the beginning of his professional career in 1994, he has worked in the financial sector, in leading institutions such as Bank Handlowy. Since 2021, he has been the president of the Association of Employers of Financial Institutions in the Lewiatan Confederation.

- On behalf of the Management Board and employees of Bank Millennium, I would like to thank Wojciech Rybak and Andrzej Gliński for their many years of work and commitment to the dynamic development of our Bank, which today is one of the best rated by both retail and corporate clients. Thank you for your cooperation in the Management Board in times full of challenges, during the merger with Euro Bank, during the pandemic, during the period of solving difficult issues of Swiss franc loans, work in the recovery plan as a result of unexpected and costly credit holidays. Despite these challenges, thanks to the commitment of Wojciech and Andrzej, we gained new customers, maintained a very high level of customer satisfaction, achieved our strategic goals and came up with an ambitious development strategy for the Bank "Value and Growth" for the years 2005-28, which we are currently implementing. Wojciech and Andrzej contributed to the Bank's success, but what is important to me personally, they built an atmosphere of trust among colleagues and business partners. I very much appreciate the fact that on the basis of our trust we made the decision about personnel changes together - said Joao Bras Jorge, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Millennium.
