Dom Maklerski BIG BG changes its name to Millennium Dom Maklerski SA
The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. ("Bank") hereby announces that on January 24, 2003 a subsidiary of the Bank, i.e. Dom Maklerski BIG-BG S.A. (a brokerage house) received the decision of the District Court for the Warsaw City, the 19th Business Section of the National Court Registry to register the change of the company's commercial name, which currently is "Millennium Dom Maklerski Spółka Akcyjna" (abbreviated name is "Millennium Dom Maklerski S.A.").
The change in the Brokerage House's name does not require any modification of its contractual relationship with its customers and business partners.
The above mentioned change of the company's name is a result of the program of implementation of new and coherent brand name architecture for the Bank's business lines and subsidiaries, which is currently being realised as a part of Restructuring Program of Bank Millennium Group.
