Innovative exchange of company documents with the bank

Bank Millennium is the first on the market to use the client's cloud resource as a tool enabling integration with financial and accounting systems of institutional clients. The solution does not require the company to install any additional software, the client configures the service in Millenet electronic banking.

Millenet Link Lite allows you to exchange files via Microsoft Onedrive. The first stage of the project has been completed, in which the bank enabled the automatic import of payment files. The entrepreneur sets up the service in Millenet for Corporate - grants the bank access to Onedrive, indicates the types of payment files that he will be importing, indicates the folder on Onedrive where the files to be imported will be placed. In the next step, he places the file to be imported in the folder indicated earlier. Files placed in the folder are automatically imported to Millenet. The customer logs in to the website, authorises and sends payments.

The solution has many advantages: downloading the file takes place online, not cyclically, does not require the installation of any additional software, and is fully configurable through online banking. The lack of an additional application relieves the customer of the need to monitor its operation, manage access, updates, etc.
