Consumers appreciated the quality of Bank Millennium's service

Once again, Bank Millennium was among the winners of the Service Quality Stars – a prestigious award granted to companies offering the highest quality services. The ceremonial gala of awarding the Service Quality Stars statuettes took place at the Warsaw headquarters of the Business Centre Club.

The awards granted by the jakoscobslugi.pl portal are an expression of customer satisfaction with the level of customer service offered by the awarded companies.

"We are glad that in the eyes of our customers we have once again earned the title of "Service Quality Star". For us, the title is a confirmation of the actions taken jointly by the entire bank, but at the same time it is a commitment. This commitment concerns the provision of the highest quality financial services, created with the participation of clients in a very rapidly changing environment – says Magdalena Suchanek, Director of the Quality Department of Bank Millennium.

Opinions on the quality of service, which are the first element of the decision to bestow the awards, come from customers who between January and December evaluate nearly 40,000 companies from 200 industries. Brands that are characterised by a high level of quality or a sufficiently large quantitative sample, are qualified for the next stage of the study. In cooperation with the SecretClient website, which monitors the quality of service and customer satisfaction, a survey is conducted to assess the quality of service and the likelihood of recommending a given brand for the next year. Companies that stand out with above-average results receive the prestigious title of Service Quality Star.

- I would like to thank all the employees directly involved in customer service and the teams supporting them in their daily work. The Service Quality Star is a unique distinction for us for two reasons. First of all, the customers decided to grant it. Secondly, the quality of service presented by us was appreciated despite the unfavourable conditions that accompanied us throughout 2021. We treat the Quality Star as an appreciation of flexibility, openness to change, willingness to listen to the customer and, above all, empathy, which we wanted in every service channel – said Anna Twarowska, head of the Customer Experience Research and Excellence Team at the Quality Department, who received the award on behalf of Bank Millennium.
