New term of office of the Management Board of Bank Millennium

The current composition of the Management Board is as follows:

• Jarosław Hermann, Member of the Management Board
• Halina Karpińska, Member of the Management Board
• Antonio Pinto, Member of the Management Board
• Magdalena Zmitrowicz, Member of the Management Board

- I am pleased to announce that the Supervisory Board has today decided to appoint the Management Board of Bank Millennium for a new term of office. I would like to emphasise that the process of selecting members of the management board was carried out in accordance with the highest standards of corporate governance and in accordance with the principles adopted at the Bank. We are once again entrusting the role of the Bank's Chairman and CEO to Joao Bras Jorge, taking into account the achievements in previous periods. The Supervisory Board is convinced that under his leadership, the Bank will continue its dynamic development and strengthen its position on the market. - Thank you for the trust that the Supervisory Board has placed in us. We are starting the new term of office at the beginning of the ambitious 2028 Value and Growth strategy, in which it will continue to be particularly important to care for the highest customer satisfaction and maintain a high position in this area in the banking sector, increase the number of retail clients and double the value of corporate banking. I am convinced that the elected composition of the Management Board has the required competences to achieve these goals. I am very happy to have the opportunity to work with all members of the Management Board, in particular I welcome two new Members: Halina Karpińska and Magdalena Zmitrowicz. Halina, the current Directress of Electronic Banking in Bank Millennium, is one of the most talented professionals in Polish banking, whose role will consist of moving retail banking to the next level, joining the three channels: digital, branches and call centre to gain customer primacy and achieve major growth in business volumes. Magdalena Zmitrowicz, who joins the Bank bringing a very successful experience, as corporate banking board member will focus on doubling our presence in this sector via customer acquisition and high growth of credit volumes. - said Joao Bras Jorge, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Millennium.

In the seven-person composition of the Board, 5 Members continue their role, and the following persons were appointed for the first term: Halina Karpińska and Magdalena Zmitrowicz.

Halina Karpińska has been associated with Bank Millennium since 2002. Since 2018, she has held the position of Directress of the Electronic Banking Department. She was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Standard Płatności Sp. z o.o. (Blik) in 2018-2024.

Magdalena Zmitrowicz has 25 years of banking experience gained at Bank Handlowy S.A. and Bank Pekao S.A. From 2018 to 2024, she was the Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A., supervising the Corporate Banking Division. Winner of the SME Banker of the Year 2024 of the Qorus organization. A graduate of the University of Gdańsk, Executive MBA at the University of Warsaw and the Global CEO Program at the Wharton School of Business.
