The omnichannel credit card application process allows you to start the procedure in one service channel and complete it in another. The application is harmonised with the currently available offer. The new process is comprehensive and allows you to apply for any credit card from Bank Millennium's offer and additional services, including insurance. It allows you to flexibly set card parameters, e.g. repayment date. It is divided into short steps that allow you to quickly order a credit card. At each stage, the customer can get the support of a bank employee.

- After purchasing a credit card, we continue to accompany the customer and provide the best experience when using it, thanks to options such as instant tokenization, a convenient instalment program, automatic debt repayment or attractive forms of foreign currency payments. For each credit card, the customer has a free currency limit of up to PLN 5,000 per month, which allows payments in all currencies of the world without an additional margin for currency conversion. This wide range of accompanying services was also appreciated by the competition jury – says Szymon Kuchciak, Head of the Payment Card Sub-unit at Bank Millennium.
