Bank Millennium has made a new service available to customers - BLIK recurring payments. The solution makes it easier to pay recurring bills, e.g. for services operating in the subscription system.

Bank Millennium awarded in 7 categories in the Institution of the Year ranking

Bank Millennium with seven awards in the Institution of the Year ranking. It turned out to be number one on the market in two areas related to customer service. Magdalena Suchanek, Directress of the Quality Department, received an individual award in the CX Leader category, and 30 of the bank's branches were recognised as the best in Poland.

New term of office of the Management Board of Bank Millennium

On 27 March 2025, due to the end of the current term of office, the Supervisory Board appointed the Bank's Management Board for a new, three-year term of office. In appreciation of the Bank's achievements to date, the Supervisory Board has once again entrusted Joao Bras Jorge with the position of the Chairman of the Bank's Management Board.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Millennium elected the Supervisory Board

On 27 March 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Millennium, due to the expiry of the current term of office, appointed a new twelve-person composition of the Supervisory Board for a joint, three-year term of office.

Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Bank Millennium

Wojciech Rybak and Andrzej Gliński, members of the Management Board of Bank Millennium will not apply for appointment for another term of office of the Management Board. They have their current function until the Bank's General Meeting, which will be held on 27 March 2025.

Record Issuance of Mortgage Bonds by Millennium Bank Hipoteczny

Millennium Bank Hipoteczny S.A. successfully completed an issuance of mortgage covered bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 800 million. The issuance was addressed to institutional investors. Total demand amounted to PLN 1.4 billion.
