In a grant competition of Bank Millennium Foundation employees of branches from the Eastern region carried out a volunteering action. This time they organised Sports Day in Primary School No. 88 in Kraków and donated necessary gymnastics equipment.

The initiative was intended to provide the children with better conditions for sports activities and to encourage them to pursue a healthy and active lifestyle. Sports Day began with a warm-up led by the children. Later in the day the students together with parents and school staff took part in various sports challenges e.g. pulling the rope, gymnastic exercises and team games. At the end of the event the volunteers presented to the school Headmaster sports gear purchased with the grant from Bank Millennium Foundation. The students were very happy and applauded the gift. Thanks to the donated gear (vaulting bucks, mattresses, boxes, balance beams and balls) all students regardless of age group will be able to work on fitness and stance.
