Standing orders

A standing order is a simple and convenient way to pay regular bills in the same amount. Payments are made regularly by transfer from the customer's account to an indicated account, in a defined amount and on specified dates.

Benefits:

  • save time by not having to make payment arrangements every month,
  • set-up a standing order free of charge, with the possibility of making multiple modifications in the order,
  • get the service easily at a Bank branch, via TelleMillennium or Millenet,
  • the Bank will make sure the payment is made on time.

How to set up a standing order?

To be able to place a standing order, you just need to have a PLN business account with Bank Millennium:

  • at a Bank branch,
  • via the Millenet online banking system,
  • by calling TeleMillennium.

Direct debit

A direct debit is a modern service where on the date of payment indicated on the invoice the creditor via its bank sends instructions to debit the debtor's account, and receives the amount due to its bank account.

Do you know your benefits as an invoice payer (debtor)?

  • the creditor and the bank will take care of everything connected with the payment to the creditor for you,
  • you will be sure that the payment is made on payment due date,
  • you will save time by not having to order transfers every time at the branch or online,
  • you can cancel the transaction,
  • you will avoid mistakes that may occur if the transfer order is filled-in by hand,
  • you can receive SMS notifications about the transactions.

How to set up a direct debit?

If you are a payer and would like to get the service:

  • you need to confirm with your counterparty (e.g. landlord, electricity company, telephone operator) that they use direct debit and ask for a payment identifier to be provided,
  • you will fill-in the form available from a Business Advisor at a Bank Millennium branch.

From then on, we will take care of the entire process of setting up the service, including delivery of an authorisation to the counterparty you indicate. You will continue to receive invoices while we will take over the obligation to make timely payments with funds available on your business account. Just remember to make sure that sufficient funds are available on your account to make the payment.

Bill payments

Bill payments are a convenient way to pay regular bills in varying amounts (e.g. regular deliveries, bills, rent). Setting-up the payment the Customer will indicate the accounts, to which the payments are to be made and states their names. Bill payments are made through a network of Millennium ATMs or via TeleMillennium telephone service, without the need to stand in a queue in a bank or at the post office.

Benefits:

  • you will save time because you will make the payments in an ATM or through TeleMillennium, without the need to visit a branch of the Bank or go to a post office
  • you can make bill payments on a 7/24 basis
  • you will have the possibility of deferring the term of a bill payment if you make the payment with use of a Millennium Visa Business credit card in TeleMillennium
  • you will set up the payments and will be able to modify them free of charge
  • you will easily use the service in a branch of the Bank or in TeleMillennium

How to set up and make bill payments?

You just need to have a business account with Bank Millennium and set up bill payments:

  • at a branch of the Bank,
  • via TeleMillennium.

Setting up bill payments at a branch is possible upon the presentation of a bill or invoice. In TeleMillennium, you can set up bill payments for specific types of services:

  • water, gas, electricity,
  • TV, Internet, fixed-line telephone and cell phone,
  • municipal services,
  • rent.

Your bill payments can be made with your Millennium VISA Executive Electron debit card in Millennium ATMs and via TeleMillennium.
