Supporting Benefit for Persons with Disabilities

The benefit for people with a disability who are at least 18 years old. You can complete and submit an application for the benefit via Millenet or the mobile app.


You can apply for the Benefit if:

  • you are an adult
  • you are a citizen of Poland or the EU or EFTA, and if not - you are legally resident in Poland and have access to the labour market
  • you live in Poland
  • you have a decision of the WZON, in which the level of need for support has been set at an entitlement level.

    The application is sent to the Social Insurance Institution, which decides whether to grant the benefit.
