Update the browserFamily Care Capital (RKO) is a new benefit for parents of children aged from 12 months to the last day of the month in which the child turns 35 months of age. You can find the application form in both Millenet and mobile app in MilleAdministration section.

Below, we have collected the most important information available for you at the moment regarding the benefit under the Family Care Capital.
Only the child's mother or father may submit an application via the bank. Legal guardians can submit an application via the PUE ZUS platform.
The allowance is granted for the second and subsequent child in the family. The application may be submitted in the month in which the second child is 9 months old. The right to the benefit is granted from the month in which the child turns 12 months of age to the month in which the child turns 35 months of age.
The benefit under the Family Care Capital program will be granted and paid by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
The application for people receiving remuneration or benefits abroad will be available in Bank Millennium from 1 February 2022.
Applications may be submitted to ZUS only electronically:
If the application is submitted through the bank, ZUS will check whether the applicant has a profile at PUE ZUS. If there is no profile at PUE ZUS, ZUS will create such a profile for the applicant to contact them or to check the application status based on the data from the RKO application. The applicant will receive confirmation of creating the profile to the e-mail address provided in the application. They will also receive a one-time password to the phone number from the application, which they must change when logging in to PUE ZUS for the first time. The applicant will receive the password in an SMS from the address "ZUS".
The application through PUE ZUS and the Emp@tia portal will be available from 1 January 2022. The application in Millenet internet banking will appear in the first week of January. Each of the banks individually sets the date of launching the application for the benefit. It is related to the necessary IT work on the part of banks.
After a positive decision is obtained, the benefit will be paid to the account specified in the application in two ways:
If the child does not have a PESEL number, attach a birth certificate to the application along with a translation into Polish, if the birth certificate was issued in a country other than the United Kingdom and EU/EFTA countries.
