FX forward san agreement in which the Bank and the Client undertake to buy or sell a specified currency amount on a specified future date at the pre-determined forward FX rate. The forward FX rate will remain fixed for the term of the agreement.

  • Individual parameterisation of transaction and transparent settlement method.
  • In case of acceleration of maturity of the liability or execution of inflows in foreign currency you will have an option of earlier execution of the transaction and in case of change of FX exposure during the term of the transaction – you can close the position early.

Risk:

  • During the transaction term, transaction valuation may be negative relative to prevailing market levels i.e. in case of early closure of the position, the relevant amount becomes the Client's liability due and payable to the Bank.
